Silent Auction Donations

The Meeting Professionals International Ohio Chapter (MPIOH) is holding the 24th Annual Education & Scholarship Auction on Wednesday, November 16, 2011.  The proceeds from the Auction are used to defray costs of MPIOH related educational programs and for educational scholarships.  In addition, our selected charity, The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA), will receive a portion of the proceeds.  The ASPCA works to rescue animals from abuse, pass humane laws and share resources with shelters nationwide.

We would appreciate your participation in the Auction through the donation of auction items.  As a contributor, you will receive exposure to over 1000 meeting planners and suppliers through item lists, promotional materials, and the MPIOH web site prior to the Auction, as well as visibility to over 200 attendees during the networking reception and Auction on November 16th.  After the Auction, you will be recognized as a contributor to our success through our chapter newsletter, which is distributed to over 350 meeting industry planners and suppliers.

Suggested auction items include but are not limited to: hotel packages (preferably two or more nights), tickets to music/sports events, restaurant certificates, airline tickets, rental car packages, gift baskets, wine, cigars, jewelry, and artwork.
