MPIOH has 9 monthly education meetings, a number of REACH (Regional Education and Conversation Hour) educational meetings and a variety of special events available for sponsorship. Your sponsorship assists the chapter with providing successful educational and networking events that our members need and want. You get exposure and visibility with the membership before, during and even after the event. Monthly Educational Meetings
As an MPIOH Sponsor Host, your company will receive:
- One full page insert in the MPIOH newsletter, DEFINE (insert to be supplied by sponsor)
- Logo and Host name on the event invitation (including e-mail invitations) sent to all members (multiple invitations are sent via e-mail)
- Banner ad or logo on MPIOH Web-site under the Education and Events Section prior to and day of the meeting.
- Recognition of sponsorship in Sponsorships & Buy Ohio Sections of Web site
- Two job postings on the Web-site which will offer additional exposure to property as well as finding that much needed professional.
- One five minute infomercial during the monthly meeting at the Sponsor Host property.
- Five complimentary registration fees for meeting held at the Sponsor Host property.
- One free set of mailing labels (MPIOH Members)
As an MPIOH Sponsor Host, your company will provide to MPIOH:
- Complimentary meeting space for a Board meeting for 15 people. AM or PM meeting time to be arranged based upon the needs of the MPIOH Board for that meeting.
- Complimentary breakfast or afternoon break, as applicable, for Board meeting
- Complimentary meeting space for approximately 100 people from 11am - 2pm
- Complimentary Lunch for up to 100 people. *
- Up to 5 complimentary overnight rooms
- Complimentary Audio Visual equipment (needs based on program)
- Discounted parking rate if applicable
- Complimentary airport transportation (if needed) for meeting's guest speaker
* Should attendance exceed 100 people, MPIOH will pay for lunches if required. Price to be discussed and determined prior to Chef's menu selection.

REACH Program Sponsor Host
As an MPIOH Sponsor Host, your company will receive:
- Host name on the invitation for the meeting sent to all members for BOC registration.
- Logo on MPIOH Web-site under the Education and Events Section prior to and day of the meeting
- Recognition of sponsorship in Sponsorships & Buy Ohio Sections of Web site
- One job posting on the Web-site which will offer additional exposure to property as well as finding that much needed professional.
- One five-minute infomercial during the meeting at the Sponsor Host property.
- One free set of mailing labels (MPIOH Members).
As an MPIOH Sponsor Host, your company will provide to MPIOH
- Complimentary Meeting Space from 7:00 AM-9: 30 AM (attendance TBD. Expect up to 50)
- Complimentary Continental Breakfast for the attendees
- Complimentary Audiovisual as needed by the speaker
BOC Sponsorships arise as the need for BOCs arise. If you are interested in sponsoring a BOC should one arise in your area, please contact the MPIOH Director of Strategic Partnerships.
Special Event Sponsors
If your property or company is interested in sponsoring all or any portion of a special event, contact the MPIOH Director of Strategic Partnerships. Each Special Event will be different based upon the type of event and the needs of MPIOH.
