Chapter Advertising Opportunities
More planners and suppliers receive and view information online. As a result, we have combined our advertising opportunities to include banner ads on the new Ohio Chapter MPI website: www.mpioh.org. Every online meeting announcement will have a link directing the recipient to our website. This means that currently over 700 people in our database will be asked to view our new Homepage Sponsor at least once per month.

| Display Advertisements | Define, the official publication (8 ½ x 11) of the Ohio Chapter of Meeting Professionals International is published every other month for its members and others in the profession. The newsletter is a valuable information forum covering all aspects of the meetings profession. |

Specifications
Display Advertisements should be submitted in the following format:
- PC files are acceptable: Adobe Pagemaker, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat PDF
- In PDF files, all images saved to 300 dpi (original file format should be 300 dpi); No compression or color management; All fonts embedded
- All colors converted to CMYK
- All vector (line) art CMYK
- Photos and raster (bitmap) art 300 dpi grayscale or CMYK or two color duotones (will not guarantee quality of duotones we have not approved)
- All fonts (type 1 version fonts only) included along with file or embedded within the document
- A printed version must be furnished to reference file color and construction accuracy upon translation. We cannot guarantee accurate reproduction of the files if any of these specs are not adhered to.
- You may provide camera-ready art

Newsletter Insert: Newsletter inserts are sold for each issue for $350. Advertiser provides 500 copies of insert flyer to the Chapter Administrator for insertion in the newsletter mailing.

Liability claims arising from context of ads (text, representation, and illustration) are assumed by advertisers and advertising agencies. The publisher reserves right of refusal of any advertising not in keeping with publisher's standards. Advertising that simulates editorial must have prior approval of publisher and must carry an "Advertisement" line at the top of each ad.
